  Wow. Terrible experience. Was asked to stand aside so the people with packages could get priority. I left. Will never go there again. Rude, no smile, not an ounce of politeness.

  First visit they were friendly, I opened a box to receive packages for my company. I had been on the road for several hours and and they allowed me to use their restroom. For the next several weeks everything is business as usual. I use their restroom occasionally. Never any complaints it's clean. Then suddenly I walk in one day and I get walked to what they call the real public restroom which is on the second floor all the way on the other side of this strip mall they are located in. He was talking to me like I was a child and wouldn't get it. My company switched from Fedex, what a mistake. They went from a professional service to a mickey mouse operation which is completely detached from the actual service we're using. I ship and receive 15 20 packages a week. I'm sorry my business is such a burden to you.

  DO NOT GO HERE. Forget the commercials there are plenty of other places that work or try Blue Nile. I would give it zero if I could. Not for the behind the counter staff they were fine but the policy of no refund and the terrible work product. I went in to get a loose stone fixed on my wife's engagement ring. Not only did they not fix it but they charged me for the cleaning that I never asked for. When I told them the stone was still loose they said it was probably done during the cleaning but there was nothing they could do that day. They could ship it to me in 3 days and not to worry if it gets lost because it's insured. It took me an hour to get out there I brought it in to get a stone fixed. They charged me $60 and the stone was looser than it was when I came in and said they couldn't do anything about the charge. Well I don't know how much a 1 star yelp review costs but I'm guessing more than $60. I can't stress that you do not want your jewelry to be tied to this place for good. Also as an aside I don't care what your politics are but hearing one of what looked to be a manager say "well that's why I voted for Trump..." to a customer who clearly didn't ask the person's politics has no place at a store. I would never buy from here again and I strongly urge you to do the same.
